The Process

1. We use our connection to every athletic director in the nation, and our massive dataset, to first match you to a slate of colleges that could be a potential fit. We often can see who is looking to fill a coaching role before it is public so we can get the jump.
2. We’ll will reach out to the athletic directors of these schools and inquire about a potential fit.
3. If they elect to go forward we start the formal candidacy process.

We never charge a fee to coaches, once engaged our client is the school.
